Clothing Optional

Noah has adopted a new habit, coinciding nicely with the arrival of frigid temperatures. Within 5 minutes or so of getting dressed, he strips completely and runs around the house with great joy. If we are lucky, we are able to convince him to at least keep his diaper on. Since he is perfectly compliant about getting dressed if we have to leave the house, I've decided not to battle him on this one. I guess he'll let me know if he gets cold. So he's been playing, eating and laying down for 'quiet time' in just a diaper for the better part of a week now. Since he doesn't want to wear his diaper, I did try letting him run around in his new Thomas the Train briefs on Friday, frequently encouraging trips to the potty. After wetting his way through all 3 pairs that we had, we put the diaper back on! It was just too much work.
