It's hard to believe that Kai turned six months old this weekend! He is such a sweet and easy-going little guy with lots of big smiles for everyone, though he saves the especially huge ones for mamma, daddy and Noah. Kai loves to watch what big brother Noah is up to and follows Noah's every move with his pretty blue eyes. Although there still are no signs of teeth popping out, the teething process appears to be in full swing with lots of vigorous chewing and the accompanying gallons of drool and occassional bursts of crankiness. Kai mostly nurses still, but gets one meal of solids (pureed veggie or fruit) each day which he seems to enjoy. None of us can remember what life was like without him! The other day, Noah out of the blue said, "I think Kai needs a hug" and he went over and gave him a big body hug.
