3-Year-Old Check-up

Yesterday, we went to have Noah's 3-year check-up. I think we've only had to take Noah in once this past year (thank God for good health) so he was very excited about this rare trip to the doctor's office. Noah was very compliant with all the measuring, weighing, checking of blood pressure, temperature, and listening to heart/lungs. He weighed in at 40 pounds (96th percentile) and measured 40 inches (91st percentile). When Dr. C came into the room, Noah said, "Hi I'm Noah Clayton Holladay and I have trains!" He then proceeded to have about a 10-minute conversation about everything under the sun with the highly amused pediatrician. The doctor found everything to be in perfect order and pronounced Noah to be a big, healthy boy. Just as we were getting ready to say good-bye, Noah told the doctor, "Your temperature has disappeared!" and then off we were to say farewell to the fish in the waiting area.
