Baking
A few days ago, Noah and I decided to do some baking during Kai's nap time. We decided to make some Swedish "bullar", a type of cinammon roll. It does involve 2 rounds of letting dough rise - time we filled with legos and games - so it ended up taking a big chunk out of our afternoon. But it was fun and relaxing and kept us warm (it is absolutely frigid outside). Kai complied by taking a nice long nap, waking up just in time to watch the oven part of the process, and of course, sampling some to test for quality control!

And why didn't we have a play date at your house that afternoon?! Those look delicious!
Tammy - You are lucky we didn't...Noah came down with a stomach virus less than 24 hours later! I have some in the freezer - we'll save some for our next playdate!
